No ride or walk today and not even a lot of work on the house. I needed some rest. I slept into 7:30 and ventured out for some coffee.
My plan for the day was to get my IT and security set up. I was looking forward to playing on the computer all day. I brought a small computer from home and ordered a monitor, keyboard and mouse along with some monitoring sensors from Amazon. I had stuff sent to the post office which is convenient other than they close at 2:30pm. Most stuff shows up in a selfservice lockbox that you have a code for. All this stuff was still packaged up and waiting for me like presents under the Christmas tree.
I made a home store run and got lunch at a place that was recommended I hadn't tried. It is called Alaska and I had the solomillo. It was good.
I opened everything up and plugged it all together switched on the computer and nothing.
I think it is just a bad power supply and ordered another to show up tomorrow. I could get a few things going like my cameras and smart plugs. That kept me busy for most of the day. That and stupidly staring at a lifeless computer. Oh, and a nap at the computer table.
Being a day of rest I watched a movie: Death of A Unicorn. Ate some dinner and somehow it's 11:30.
