Being Monday only the 6am bar was open. Mike and I walked over and had cafe and tostas.
Today we rode to Montefrio. It was a very nice ride to there. We had coffee and the owner, a cyclist, was interested in our bikes.
It was then on to Moclin. The bars in Moclin were closed. We did ask a Dutch guy in Spanish if anything in town was open and he replied he did not speak Spanish. Then we all talked in English. He was a Camino pilgrim. He had a long way to go to Alcalá and it was already 2pm.
We continued to Tózar but that hill into town killed me. I needed food. We continued back to N-432 and I was hurting. 17km to Alcalá. A few km on we came to a gas station with a restaurant. I needed food and we stopped.
Feeling better we headed to town.
Dinner was less than good but one thing that makes a bad dinner worst is people complaining about it.
